MCX Exploration (USA) Ltd, MCX Gulf of Mexico, LLC, and MCX Texas, LLC collectively “MCX” are subsidiaries of the Mitsubishi Corporation.  MCX Exploration (USA) Ltd and MCX Texas, LLC serve as consultants for all of Mitsubishi’s exploration and production activities in the United States.  MCX Gulf of Mexico, LLC and MCX Texas, LLC collectively own all of Mitsubishi’s oil and gas assets in the United States. MCX currently owns 40 leases located in the Outer Continental Shelf of the Gulf of Mexico and produces approximately 7,000 BOE per day.
